Taking Care of Your Body: More Than Just Muscles and Joints!
Recently, more and more people have been experiencing neck and shoulder pain, arm pain, back pain, and lower back pain. But when we look deeper, the cause might not be what we expect…
In the fall of 2024, a new type of COVID-19 vaccine (called a replicon vaccine) was introduced. After that, I started noticing some strange changes in my body—even though I haven’t taken any vaccines in over 35 years.
For almost six months, I felt a tingling or deep aching pain in my shoulder and arm. It came and went, but something felt wrong, so I started looking into it.
I discovered that my immune system was acting strangely—overreacting and causing inflammation, not just in my muscles but also in my nerves, blood vessels, lymphatic system, and even organs like my heart, lungs, kidneys, and intestines.
After researching, I realized that these problems could be caused by vaccine shedding—when the body reacts to substances from vaccinated people. This can lead to allergies, inflammation, immune system overload, and even tissue damage.
The scariest part? Even though I never took the vaccine, my body still reacted in a painful way.

For me, the problem started in my arm, where my blood vessels and lymphatic system became irritated. Then, I felt a tingling pain that got worse. At its worst, my entire shoulder was so painful that I couldn’t move it.
(Luckily, I’ve now found ways to treat it, and I’m getting better…)
I also see similar symptoms in my clients during treatments. Many people seem to be just managing to get by with regular sessions, but the real problem isn’t going away.
This isn’t just a personal issue—it’s something bigger. I believe these risks will continue to grow, especially in Japan.
So please, think carefully before getting more vaccines. If you have already taken one, it’s important to find ways to detox and choose the right time for treatments.
Also, be mindful of what you eat and drink every day. Check if your food and water are safe and good for your body.
The best way to stay healthy is to take care of small problems before they become big ones. Take care of your body and stay informed!
